PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device that suppresses a generation of abnormal noise, such as a flow sound of hydraulic fluid. SOLUTION: The brake control device includes a first hydraulic pressure passage for controlling a wheel cylinder pressure, a second hydraulic pressure passage coupled to the wheel cylinder in parallel with the first hydraulic pressure passage, and a control valve provided in the second hydraulic pressure passage and for being closed by an application of predetermined valve closing current. The brake control device further includes a control unit for executing processing of suppressing an opening of the control valve when the control valve is closed and a flow rate of the first hydraulic pressure passage is limited to control the wheel cylinder pressure.
