PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor required for removal of a fuel pump module from a fuel tank and to suppress the storage performance deterioration of a reservoir with the fuel pump module installed in the fuel tank. SOLUTION: This fuel pump module 1 includes: the reservoir 9 storing fuel; an outflow port 9d formed in the reservoir 9 and allowing the fuel inside of the reservoir 9 to flow out; and an operating valve 25 opening/closing the outflow port 9d. The operating valve 25 closes the outflow port 9d with the reservoir 9 installed inside of the fuel tank, and opens the outflow port 9d in a process pulling up the reservoir 9 from the fuel tank.
