<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution of a movable member and to improve productivity and maintainability, while smoothly guiding a shutter member. <P>SOLUTION: This single axis robot includes a case member, the movable member 10 stored in the case member, and the shutter 6 for closing an opening part of the case member. The movable member 10 includes a body 11 including a pair of tool mounting parts 12 (projecting parts) and a shutter guide surface made of a resin material, and a table cover 16 mounted on the body 11 to cover the shutter guide surface Fg, forming a gap S for passing the shutter 6 and made of a resin material. The body 11 and the cover 16 are engaged to each other in an overlapped state of the cover 16 on an upper part of the body 11 and are provided with each locking part for locking the cover 16 on the body 11.
