PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove foreign matters stuck to the outer peripheral end of a disk without being splashed to circumference. SOLUTION: A disk cleaning device 100 includes: a rotary-driving mechanism 110 having a holding part for holding a magnetic disk 101 for rotating the magnetic disk 101 held by the holding part; a tubular member 120 having a long-hole shaped guide part formed on its side face to guide the peripheral end of the magnetic disk 101 held by the holding part inside; an air spraying device 130 connected to one end of the tubular member 120 to spray gas to the peripheral end of the magnetic disk 101 guided inside the tubular member 120 from the guide part 121; and an air suction device 140 connected to the other end of the tubular member 120 to suck the gas sprayed to the peripheral end of the magnetic disk 101 by the air spraying device 130.
