A non-fouling ordinary-temperature-curable coating composition comprising (A) a hydroxylated resin, (B) an isocyanate-based hardener, (C) an organosilicon-based hydrophilizing agent, (D) a recoatability modifier, and (E) an organic solvent, wherein the recoatability modifier (D) comprises at least (D1) an amidated polymer and (D2) a silane coupling agent. The non-fouling ordinary-temperature-curable coating composition is extremely less apt to be fouled and has excellent recoatability.
