<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet supporting tool whose total length can be increased without forming a conical part with its larger diameter while securing the strength resistance of the conical part and uniforming brightness around the sheet supporting tool, even when the number of light sources are reduced and an isolation distance between the light sources and an optical sheet is relatively longer; and to provide a light source device and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet supporting tool 5 includes: a mounted part 53 mounted on a support 1 supporting the optical sheet 7 at its peripheral edge; the conical part 51 having an approximately conical shape and restricting the deflection of the optical sheet 7; and a stem part 52 arranged ranging from the base end of the conical part 51 in the longitudinal direction of the conical part 51, and molded integrally with the conical part 51, wherein the mounted part 53 is arranged at the base end of the stem part 52.
