PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-compounded, liquid-absorbing and -holding tube improved in the liquid-holding property and liquid-absorbing property in addition to the performance of liquid-holding, liquid-absorbing, compression, friction, coating, or the like required for an industrial roll. SOLUTION: The resin-compounded, liquid-absorbing and liquid-holding tube is provided by attaching a water-absorbing resin containing a slow coagulantent on a structural material of a cylindrical nonwoven fabric integrated by needling and having a uniform water-holding property and water-absorbing property from its surface to the inside of it so as to wear for a long period of time. Further, by attaching a resin containing the slow coagulantent to the structural body of the cylindrical nonwoven fabric containing the water-absorbing fibers and integrated by the needling. And further by attaching the water-absorbing resin containing the slow coagulantent to the structural body of the cylindrical nonwoven fabric containing the water-absorbing fibers and integrated by the needling.
