PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle, turning rear wheels while taking into consideration of the existence of interference with a spring upper member of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A steering ECU 42 operates a target rear wheel turning angleδ<SB>rh</SB>of left and right rear wheels RW1, RW2 relevant to turning of left and right front wheels FW1, FW2. Further, the ECU 42 obtains a presumption roll angleϕgenerated on the spring upper member (vehicle body) accompanied with the turning in cooperation to a suspension ECU 41 and determines whether or not interference is generated between the rear wheels RW1, RW2 and the spring upper member when the rear wheels RW1, RW2 are turned to the target rear wheel turning angleδ<SB>rh</SB>relative to the presumption roll angleϕ. Further, the ECU 42 requires so as to suppress roll behavior relative to the ECU 41 when the interference is generated. According to the requirement, the ECU 41 increases the spring constant of a suspension spring 11 on an outer side of turning and increases the twisting rigidity of active stabilizers 21, 22.
