PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with simple structure and easy in adjusting the length of an air flow passage by separating a drive source collecting suspended dust together with air from a drive source conveying dust-loaded air, collecting dust and discharging cleaned air, to thereby preferably collecting dust and discharging the cleaned air. SOLUTION: The suspended dust removing apparatus includes: a dust collector 2 sucking suspended dust together with air and pressure-sending; a dust collection chamber 3 taking in the dust-loaded air from the dust collector 2 via a conveyance duct 7; a cylinder 4 taking in the dust-loaded air via a conveyance duct 8 from the collection chamber 3 and sending out via a conveyance duct 9, a dust sending out chamber 5 taking in the dust-loaded air sent via the conveyance duct 9; and a dust remover taking in the dust-loaded air sent from the dust sending out chamber 5 via the conveyance duct. An upper opening taking in the dust-loaded air is provided to the dust remover, a sprinkler is set in the upper-most cylinder part, and a collection cylinder packed with dust-collection member in the cylinder part lower than the sprinkler is erected.
