PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing filtration membranes for a water treatment apparatus, in which organic membranes having a desired average hole diameter, is manufactured without severely controlling the manufacturing condition. SOLUTION: A forming die having fine protrusions corresponding to the hole diameters of the manufactured filtration membrane, formed on the surface is prepared in advance, a raw material solution for the filtration membrane is applied onto the die and solidified to obtain the filtration membrane having empty holes on the parts corresponding to the protrusions of the die.
