PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an evenly colored accessory which may be used for various designs and is suitable for small-lot production. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the colored accessory includes: (1) a step of coating a resin paint on a surface of a precious metal 1 to form a resin coating film 2; (2) a step of adhering a pigment 3 on the surface of the resin coating film 2 of the precious metal 1 by using a barrel polishing device; (3) a step of immersing the precious metal in which the pigment 3 adheres to the surface of the resin coating film 2 into a solvent; and (4) a step of taking out the precious metal from the solvent and applying the resin paint.
