摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head improving printing quality by suppressing variation in the ejection volume of ink. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inkjet head (1) includes a nozzle plate (5) having a plurality of nozzles (13) and actuators (15a and 15b) having a plurality of pressure chambers (21). The actuators (15a and 15b) intermittently eject pressurized ink from the nozzles (13), in one ink ejection operation. Each nozzle (13) includes an ink inlet part (30) communicating with the pressure chambers (21) and an ink outlet part (31) formed so as to make its cross-sectional area in a direction orthogonal to an ink ejection direction smaller than that of the ink inlet part (30). The inkjet head satisfies a relation of Ln1=V/C1×0.5-1, where Ln1 is the length, in the ink ejection direction, of the ink outlet part (31), C1 is the cross-sectional area, in the direction orthogonal to the ink ejection direction, of the ink outlet part (31), and V is the ejection volume of the ink ejected from each nozzle (13) set by an ink ejection time.
