The device has a differential gear (1) arranged between brakes (2, 3) e.g. multi-disk brakes, and actuation equipments (4, 5) assigned to the brakes. The actuation equipments are actuatable with a covering (17) and a wire (8), running in the covering, over a bowden cable (9). The covering is supported at one of the actuation equipments, and the wire is supported at the other actuation equipment. Each actuation equipment includes a piston (12) and a cylinder (13). The actuation equipments have an L-shaped element (6) rotatably supported in an intersection point of its sides.
