METHOD OF PRODUCING CARBAMATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a work of neutralizing catalytic metal contained in a crude reaction liquid and to reduce the amount of metallic waste discharged in the neutralization work, in producing a carbamate by the reaction of a carbonate and an amine.

SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a carbamate by the reaction of a carbonate and an amine, wherein a reaction product comprising a metal resulting upon synthesizing a carbamate from a carbonate and an amine in the presence of a basic catalyst comprising the metal is used as a catalyst for the reaction.
