PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crosstalks with respect to a pixel circuit, an electrooptical device, and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A pixel circuit (P1) includes: an electrooptical element (13) comprising a first electrode (131) and a second electrode (132); a first switching element (SW 101) provided between a first data line to which a data potential is supplied in a first period and the first electrode; a second switching element (SW 102), provided between a second data line to which the data potential is supplied in a second period and the second electrode; and a crosstalk-preventing means which equalizes the influence of potential variations exerted on the first electrode due to potential variations of the first or second data lines with the first/second switching element off and that on the second electrode due to the potential variations. The means in the figure consists of the first to the fourth capacitors (C11, C12, C21 and C22), and all of the capacitor value are equal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
