The arrangement has a fastening unit for fastening the antenna arrangement to a body sheet (5) of a vehicle. The fastening unit is formed as an expandable fastener (4) and as an expandable lock (3), where the expandable fastener is guided into an opening of a base plate (1) of the arrangement. The expandable fastener and the lock act together. A spring (2) is arranged at distance to the expandable fastener and is brought in effective connection with the body sheet. A support point (6) is provided at a lower side of the base plate. The fastener and the lock are made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for fastening an antenna arrangement to a body sheet of a vehicle.
