The implant has a coating made of crystalline calcium phosphate and/or amorphous calcium phosphate, where the implant is made of a base material that comprises a biodegradable metal and/or a biodegradable metal alloy. The coating contains traces or precipitations of base material of the implant. The coating has a crystalline layer and/or amorphous layer, which comprise a thickness of 0.1 to 5 microns. The crystalline layer completely covers a surface of the implant. Pores of the amorphous layer are tilled with polymers depicting a non-acidic break-down mechanism.
