PURPOSE: A sample storage container, a system for inspecting and storing a sample and a method thereof are provided to perform a process for extending a cell of a sample on a slide. CONSTITUTION: A sample storage container comprises a container case(4) and a cover(6). The container case keeps sample liquid. The closes the opened top of the container case. The container case comprises a precipitation part(8) and a supporting part. The precipitation part is formed into the shape of funnel in under the side the central part of the cheating container case in order to concentrate precipitate. The supporting part is formed in the outside of the precipitation part. The supporting part supports the container case in order to stack the container case on the plane.
