PURPOSE: The method of measurement using the FPC apparatus is able to make variations the shape of the fixing unit for clinching FPC of the jig part. CONSTITUTION: A power source of the main portion is turned on. FPC installs to the fixing unit(S1). The reset key and start key of the front panel push. The inspection of FPC is advanced(S2). The jig set of the jig part decides the fault whether or not about FPC(S3). Fault generates. The main portion indicates test data about fault through the output unit(S4). |
