PURPOSE: A photosensitive silicone resin composition including a mercapto compound is provided to be developed using an alkaline aqueous solution, to obtain excellent transparency, dimensional stability, and electrical properties, and to be used for manufacturing a protective film, an insulating film, and optical guide circuit of a semiconductor or a display device due to excellent adhesive force to a metal substrate. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive silicone resin composition includes a silicon resin having a photopolymerizable functional group, a polyfunctionalonomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, a photopolymerization initiator, and a compound including a mercapto functional group. The compound including the mercapto functional group is selected from compounds which are marked by chemical formula 3. In chemical formula 3, R^4 is an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1-12 or a cycloalkyl group having a carbon number of 3-8. |
