PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent device including thereof are provided to secure the driving lifetime of the device by the improved lifetime property of the compound. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is selected from the compounds marked with chemical formula 1~5. In the chemical formulas, X and Y are N(Ar1), O, or S. Z1~Z8 are selected from either C(Ar3) or N. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic material layer inserted in between the first and second electrodes. The organic material layer includes the organic electroluminescent compound and more than one phosphor dopant.
