PURPOSE: A cable laying apparatus is provided to improve work efficiency by automatically detecting the number of rotation of an interval control screw. CONSTITUTION: A guide roller is arranged on both sides of a support frame(100). A gear box is combined with a drive motor. A capillary unit transfers the cable with the rotation of the driving motor. The capillary unit includes a fixing block and a transferring block. One end of the fixing block is fixed to the upper surface of the gear box. The transfer block moves in a horizontal direction based on the fixing block. A unit for detecting the number of rotation outputs a digital pulse corresponding to the number of rotation of an interval control screw(432). A display unit displays the number of rotation of the interval control screw.
