PURPOSE: A dehumidifying unit and an air conditioning device with the same are provided to continuously dehumidify the indoor space without a regenerating heater and to prevent the excessive temperature raise of the dehumidified air. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidifying unit comprises dehumidifying member(60), a positive electrode part(72), a negative electrode part(74), and an electroosmotic regenerator. The dehumidifying member comprises the desiccant(62). The positive electrode part is formed to be touched with one side of the dehumidifying member. The negative electrode part is formed to be touched with the other side of the dehumidifying member on the location facing the positive electrode part of the dehumidifying member. The electrooosmotic regerator comprises a voltage applying part electrically connected to the positive and negative electrode parts and reduces the moisture of the dehumidifying member by the electroosmotic technique. The positive electrode part is formed on air intake side of the dehumidifying member and the negative electrode part is formed on air discharge side of the dehumidifying member.
