PURPOSE: Health medicinal tea mainly containing a zizania latifolia extract, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent and cure stress diseases or blood circulatory diseases. CONSTITUTION: Health medicinal tea contains 45~55wt% of zizania latifolia extract, 10~20wt% of carrot extract, 10~20wt% of garlic extract, 7~15wt% of Taraxacum platycarpum extract, and 7~15wt% of Taraxacum platycarpum extract. A manufacturing method of the tea comprises the following steps: mixing all the ingredients and extracting; condensing the extract, and filtering to obtain only clear solution; sterilizing the solution in 95~110 deg C; and packing the solution.
