摘要 PURPOSE: An ice-cream mix, tofu, noodles, bread including laver water extract, and manufacturing methods thereof are provided to improve the matter property, flavor, taste, and color. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ice-cream mix, tofu, noodles, bread including laver water extract comprises the following steps: producing the laver water extract by crushing laver and adding water before filtering; heating a liquid raw material including milk, egg yolk, and whipping cream, and adding solid material including sugar, skimmed milk powder, and gelatin; heating the mixture and adding 1~3 parts of laver water extract by weight; heat-processing the mixture for 25~30 seconds for homogenizing; and low temperature aging the mixture.
