PURPOSE: A transporting path structure and an image forming device are provided to prevent a pair of transporting members from getting alienated when an opening and closing transporting member is eliminated. CONSTITUTION: A transporting path structure comprises a spacer unit, an opening and closing transporting member, a pair of transporting members, a handle(208), and a moving unit. The spacer unit separates the transporting members each other. The opening and closing transporting member is rotatably installed on the top of the transporting members. The handle is installed in the opening and closing transporting member. The moving unit moves the handle to be separated from a cover when one transporting member is separated from the other transporting member. |
