PURPOSE: A wearable warm water fomentation device is provided, which maximizes simplicity and activity and usage efficiency by selection use. CONSTITUTION: A wearable warm water fomentation device comprises: a shoulder unit(10) fomenting the back or shoulder in the mat shape; an abdomen/waist unit(20) which is equipped with a warm water pipe having water exit and foments the abdomen, waist and lower body; and right and left leg units(30,30') in which a warm water pipe is arranged and which cover the leg part and foments the legs.
