PURPOSE: The solar battery and manufacturing method thereof form the tunneling layer and semi transmission conductive layer between the first and the second photoelectric transformation layer. The efficiency of the solar battery is improved. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) and second electrode(700) having the optical permeability on the substrate(100) is formed. A plurality of photoelectric transformation layers locates in the first and the second between electrode. Photoelectric transformation layers comprises the respective doner material and acceptor material.
