PURPOSE: A method and a device for supporting a CSG service in a wireless communication system are provided to supply higher priority to a CSG member terminal than a non-member terminal in a cell access stage. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(63) transmits and receives a wireless signal. A memory(62) stores a CSG white list including a subscribed CSG(Closed Subscriber Group) list. A processor(61) is connected to the RF unit and the memory. The processor realizes a wireless interface protocol. The processor transmits a CSG member indicator to the base station in requesting an access to a base station(50).
