PURPOSE: A heat-insulating hot water tank is provided to enable easy cleaning without separation of electric wires from a pipe heater and a temperature sensor because a hot water tank is detachable. CONSTITUTION: A heat-insulating hot water tank(1) comprises a body(100), a lid(200), and a packing. The body comprises cylindrical inner and outer walls and a space part, wherein one side of the inner wall is opened, the outer wall surrounds the inner wall, and ends of the inner and outer walls are welded to form the closed space part between the inner and outer walls. The rim of the lid is coupled to the rim of the open side of the body by curling or welding. The packing is placed in the joint between the lid and the body.
