PURPOSE: A combining structure of a mounting pin for following equipment of heavy equipment is provided to prevent the separating of a mounting pin in operating. CONSTITUTION: A combining structure of a mounting pin for following equipment of heavy equipment comprises a mounting pin(2), a first through passage(21), a stop ring(4) and a clamping part. The first through passage is formed in the other end of the mounting pin. A second through passage(42) put through with the first through passage formed the stop ring. The stop ring is combined in the other end of the mounting pin. The clamping part clinches the stop ring. The clamping part is composed of the stop pin(6) combined through the first and the second through passage.
