PURPOSE: A hot water spouting hose for heating lining materials and a method for manufacturing a hot water spouting hose are provided to uniformly heat and harden pipe lining material as hot water uniformly spouts on the inner surface of the pipe lining material. CONSTITUTION: A hot water spouting hose(30) for heating lining materials comprises a pipe-shaped hose body(30a) and first and second hot water jetting holes(31,32). The first hot water jetting hole is formed on symmetrical positions of the width direction(A) of a hose body. The second hot water jetting hole is formed separately from the first hot water jetting hole. The second hot water jetting hole is formed at the center of the width direction of the hose body.
