PURPOSE: An open porous electrically conductive nanocomposite is provided to obtain excellent electrochemical reaction and high discharge capacity without polarization and to be used for eco-friendly manufacturing an anode and a cathode. CONSTITUTION: An open porous electrically conductive nanocomposite is an electrode material for a cathode and an anode of a rechargeable lithium battery. The nanocomposite includes an electronically active material and an electrically conductive binder. The average particle sizes of the electronically active material and the electrically conductive binder are both 5-500 nm and are distinguished using a factor of 2.
