PURPOSE: A toothbrush is provided, which a toothbrush body is fixed to the surface even when the toothbrush is left in any direction. CONSTITUTION: A toothbrush comprises: a head unit(10) in which bristles of toothbrush are combined; a neck(20) which is connected to the head unit and is extended; a handle part(30) which is connected to the end tip of neck and is extended; and a projection(40) which is projected forward and rearward between neck and handle part and is expanded to the right and left. The front projection and rear projection are arranged to cross each other around the central line connecting the neck and handle part of toothbrush.
