PURPOSE: A height adjustable manhole structure and a construction method thereof are provided to improve durability and adjust the height to correspond to the thickness of asphalt concrete. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable manhole structure comprises a base block(100), one or more height adjusting rings(200), multiple fastener members(300), a manhole body(500), and a manhole cover(600). The base block is installed on the upper part of a slab(S). A hollow(110) is formed in the base block. The height adjusting ring is mounted on the upper end of the base block. The fastener member is fixed and coupled with the upper side of the height adjusting ring. The fastener member comprises a first flange. The manhole body is coupled with the upper part of the height adjusting ring. The manhole body comprises a second flange part(520) combined with the first flange part. |
