PURPOSE: A nonmetallic integrated circuit sensor-interconnection, a manufacturing method and a related application are provided to detect a signal of a cell or an organization level and to record them. CONSTITUTION: A nonmetallic integrated circuit sensor-interconnection comprises an interconnecting member(10) and a sensor member(20). The sensor member is connected to a test object(105). The sensor member is extended from the interconnecting member according to the interconnecting member. The sensor member and interconnecting member comprise a polymer and materially nonmetallic core element. The interconnecting member comprises the connector member connected for the signal transmission. The connector member comprises the integration fiber - fertilization composite connector.
