FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydrogenation refining method of heavy oil residues in presence of molybdenum-containing catalyst distributed in raw material, at increased temperature and hydrogen pressure. Raw material is pre-homogenised in mixture with modifier, and oil fractions of secondary origin are used as the latter, at temperature of 80-95C; there introduced is molybdenum-containing precursor of catalyst and surface-active substance - lecitin; the obtained mixture is dispersed till stable emulsion with average diametre of drops, which is equal to 45-260 nm, is formed, and hydrogenation is performed; then distillate fractions boiling at up to 520C and residue boiling at the temperature of more than 520C is extracted from reaction products, and the residue is returned to the re-cycle in quantity of 5-60 wt % to dispersion stage. ^ EFFECT: increasing yield of light fractions, decreasing coke formation. ^ 3 cl, 12 ex, 2 tbl |
