FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluorine and sulphur-containing compounds, particularly to synthesis of fluorine-containing sulphites of general formula: [H(CF2)nCH2O]mS(O)Cl2-m where n=2, 4, 6; m=1, 2 which are used as organic synthesis intermediate products. The method for synthesis of fluorine-containing sulphites involves treatment of thionylchloride with polyfluoroalkoxy trimethyl silanes of general formula (CH3)3SiOCH2(CF2)nH where n=2, 4, 6 at 20-30C for 10 minutes.
