An exhaust-heat boiler for worn tire processing comprises directed vertically cylindrical body with working chamber, closed by bottoms from sides, and longitudinal tubes placed in working chamber. From the lower bottom of the working chamber lined refractory bath is provided, with loading window for solid fuel and tuyeres for supply of air and gas fuel. At the side of the upper bottom a loading hatch is provided. Unloading hatch for unloading solid residue from working chamber is arranged in its lower section and discharge pipe for vapor-gas mixture – in its upper section. The longitudinal tubes go through the lower bottom and are connected to the refractory bath that is separated from the working chamber. To the lower bottom from the side of the working chamber coaxial sections of tubes with diameter larger compared to diameter of the longitudinal tubes are additionally welded, and space between those is filled with building sand. The longitudinal tubes in the working chamber near the upper bottom in parallel to it are arranged bent in direction one towards another and further in direction of the upper bottom, go through it and are connected directly to the outer space. Uniform working chamber heating is provided. |
