FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dental implantology and can be used for increasing the durability of implanted denture. The implant comprises a hollow cylinder with open upper and closed lower end faces, thus a top of a cylinder cavity is tapered off downwards and comes to a n-sided cavity, where n is a number of sides of this cavity, with uniform-sized sides symmetrised with respect to a vertical axis of the implant in turn coming to a threaded cylindrical cavity. An external face of the implant has a trapezoidal buttress thread, and thereunder drill-like grooves are formed on a rounded lower end face of the implant; the whole external face of the implant has a pitted microrelief. Between the upper end face and trapezoidal thread, there is a smaller first metric thread m-started where m is a number of starts, screwed in the same lead, matched with a cortical layer of the patient's jaw. The second smaller metric thread is screwed on the head of the trapezoidal thread in the same lead; the first and second smaller metric threads have equal depths and thread profile, and the second metric thread pitch and the trapezoidal thread pitch are matched with the first start pitch of the first metric thread the other starts of which have the same pitch as its first pitch, but are deviated from the first start and from each other on the principle of equal start phase and equal turn distance. ^ EFFECT: prolonged service life of the implant. ^ 2 dwg |
