PURPOSE: A schizandra chinensis beverage using perilla frutescens var. acuta kudo, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the change of the color of schizandra chinensis. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a schizandra chinensis beverage using perilla frutescens var. acuta kudo comprises the following steps: adding salt or deep sea water to water(S1); inserting the perilla frutescens var. acuta kudo and schizandra chinensis(S2); extracting the components of materials to the salted water(S3); filtering the mixture from the previous step to obtain a pink extract(S4); and adding high fructose corn syrup to the extract(S5).
