PURPOSE: An instant food containing sweet potato, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily and simply eat the sweet potato by forming the instant food in a powdered form. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an instant food containing sweet potato comprises the following steps: forming sweet potato powder by washing, peeling, vacuum drying, and crushing the sweet potato(S11); mixing 100 parts of sweet potato powder by weight, and 15~50 parts of dried whole milk to form sweet potato mixture powder(S20); and vacuum-packing the sweet potato mixture powder(S30).
