<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, on the adhesive layer face of which a separator having a irregular structure on a releasing agent layer surface is applied using a method of high productivity, that can continuously demonstrate peeling antistatic property to suppress generation of electrostatic due to peeling the separator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer containing an adhesive composition, and a separator on at least one face of the adhesive layer. In the adhesive sheet, an irregular structure face of the releasing agent layer of the separator is applied to the adhesive layer face. The adhesive composition contains an ionic liquid, and a polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of ≤0°C as a base polymer. The irregular structure surface of the releasing agent layer is formed by: forming water droplets on at least one surface of a separator base material; coating an organic solvent solution containing the releasing agent on the face of the separator base material having the formed water droplets; subsequently removing the organic solvent and the water droplets 2; and drying and/or curing the releasing agent.
