<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article having such a structure that welding strength of a welding part is high and it is effective for improvement in productivity even when an outside member and an inside member are molded according to vibration welding and the welded part is located on an undercut part, and an air spoiler for automobile. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the resin molded article obtained by molding a plurality of resin members 10, 20 according to vibration welding, wherein the plurality of resin members include: the outside member 10 located on the outside; and the inside member 20 vibration-welded inside the outside member upon the vibration welding, the outside member 10 includes: a base part 11; and a folded part 12 folded at an acute angle from the base part 11, the inside member 20 includes: an underlying part 21; and a vertical part 22 vertically disposed at an obtuse angle from the underlying part 21, wherein a vibration-welded part M2 is disposed between the inside of the base part 11 and the underlying part 21 and a vibration-welded part M1 is disposed near the inside of the folded part 12 and the top end part of the vertical part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
