PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-static white polyester film which does not cause adhesion of the films due to charging, has preferable adhesiveness to toner used in a printer and is excellent in suitability as image receiving paper. SOLUTION: The white polyester film has a coated layer comprising: a polyurethane resin (A) which contains the following components a1 and a2 as constituent units; and a cationic polymeric anti-static agent (B) at least on one side surface thereof, wherein a surface resistivity of the coated layer falls into the range of 1×10<SP>7</SP>to 1×10<SP>12</SP>Ω, a transmission density of the film is 0.7 to 2.0, and a b-value of the film is -1.0 to -9.0. An image receiving paper for laser printer using the white polyester film as a base material is provided. Therein, a1 represents polycarbonate polyol and a2 represents a compound provided by quarternizing a tertiary amino group of chain elongation agent having tertiary amino group in a molecule.
