<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material which is excellent in ink absorbing property and color developing property, especially excellent in water resistance and storage stability of a printed image, further high in transparency when using a transparent support body. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording material constituted by arranging an ink receiving layer on the support body, the ink receiving layer includes a basic poly aluminum hydroxide having following properties (1), (2). (1) The basicity is 78% or more.
