<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which is provided at a pouch filled with a content for refilling, and can be consistently kept without looseness while the spout is inserted in a spouting guide cylinder of a hinge cap when filling the content for refilling in a container with the hinge cap. <P>SOLUTION: The spout includes a plate-like base plate 51, a supporting member 53 which extends downward from a lower surface of the plate-like base plate 51 with a pouch 100 being stuck and fixed to its outer surface, and a spouting cylinder 55 extending upwardly from an upper surface of the base plate. A cylindrical space for spouting the content for refilling extending through the base plate 51 is formed inside the supporting member 53 and the spouting cylinder 55. Three or more locking ribs 70 extend outwardly in the radial direction at a spaced circumferential interval from the outside of the spouting cylinder 55. The locking ribs 70 are located on the same plane, and the length of the locking ribs 70 is defined so that the diameter of a virtual circle X formed by its fore end is set to be substantially same as the inside diameter of a root part of the spouting guide cylinder 13 formed on the hinge cap 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
