<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LVDS driver, an LVDS circuit, and a resistance value adjusting method and current value adjusting method for the LVDS circuit, capable of suitably transmitting a differential signal even if a circuit component on a substrate is different in layout. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the LVDS circuit, a transmission-side resistance value setting means 21g is arranged between a first signal line 21e and a second signal line 21f connecting the LVDS driver 21 with an LVDS receiver 22, and a resistance value thereof is set to a suitable value by turning on or off a switch means so as to adapt to the difference in layout.
