<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an n-type oxide thermoelectric conversion material which has a large Seebeck coefficient, low resistivity, and a large output factor; and to provide a thermoelectric conversion module, using the same, which has high thermoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An oxide thermoelectric conversion material (n-type thermoelectric conversion material) has a composition represented by a composition formula of Cu<SB>x</SB>WO<SB>4</SB>(where 0.1≤x≤0.8). Moreover, an oxide thermoelectric conversion material has a composition represented by a composition formula of Cu<SB>x</SB>WO<SB>4-δ</SB>(wherein 0.1≤x≤0.8, and δ represents an oxygen defect). The thermoelectric conversion element is used as an n-type thermoelectric conversion element 2, which in turn is combined with a p-type thermoelectric conversion material 1 to constitute the thermoelectric conversion module 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
