<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type input/output system and its program for performing the positioning processing of position coordinates of a screen and position coordinates on a display picture in the display means of a computer device as necessary. <P>SOLUTION: A projection type input/output system 10 is configured of: an electronic pen 1; a computer device 2; a projector 3; and a screen 4. The screen 4 is formed with a positioning instruction area 404 for instructing the positioning of the position coordinates on the screen 4 and the position coordinates on a display picture 201 of the computer device 2 to the computer device 2.
